1. Since January 2015, Defendant C was appointed as the representative of an executing private person and participated in the instant apartment project. From July 2015 to July 2015, Defendant C was appointed as the head of the U regional housing association (hereinafter “association”)’s head of the association to take charge of the instant apartment project and kept and manage the shares of KRW 30 million for each household by taking charge of the management trust for V.
