계속해서 피고인은 그 곳 주방 칼 보관함에 꽂혀 있던 위험한 물건인 과도(전체길이 23.5cm, 칼날길이 11.5cm)를 뽑아 들고 안방으로 들어가 소파에 쓰러진 피해자의 가슴을 향해 찌르는 시늉을 하면서 위협하고, 손바닥으로 재차 피해자의 오른쪽 뺨을 1대 때렸다.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while carrying excessive possession of dangerous objects, assaulted the victim.
