A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property at least three times as follows.

1. On November 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered a parked cargo vehicle in the vicinity of the dong-dong community service center located in the Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) carried one electric wire cutting machine with the victim’s name-free box, where the market price of the parked cargo is unknown.

2. On November 19, 2014, the Defendant sought to steals electric wires in the Dong-gu Culturedong-gu, Namnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, and an empty factory owned by the Victim E, Inc., Ltd.
