Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2016, the Defendant dialogueed the victim F (45 years, women) with the husband, and E within D located in Ansan-si C on May 11, 2016.

The defendant sent water in the water cup to the victim's face because of the defect that the victim did not pay the price for the goods.

The defendant continued to trace the face of the victim with a single scam and knife his hair with his hand.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer from the impairment of the character of the victim, which requires treatment for about 15 days.
