Punishment of the crime

On September 2014, the Defendant was awarded an apartment bid in the court auction under the sole name of the Defendant by investing money jointly with two victims C (ma, 45 years of age) et al. in the early 2014.

The Defendant sold the apartment that received the successful bid to another person, distributed the profit equally with the victim, etc., and then demanded the victim to pay the capital gains tax of 13 million won equivalent to the share of the victim. However, even if the victim promised to do so until February 9, 2015, the capital gains tax payment deadline was changed on April 30, 2015, and it did not want to find it as a house without a telephone.

E 아드님을 아주 훌륭히 키우셨네~ 네 아들도 아빠가 남의 돈도 안주고 도둑심보라는 사실을 알고 있니! 5학년5반 E 너가 계속 입금안하고 전화도 안 받으면 어떻게 되는데 한 번 해봐라!!
