1. The defendant,
A. Of the area of 50 square meters in Ton City from the Plaintiff, it is respectively indicated in the attached Form 1 Map No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 2.
Reasons
The facts of recognition are as follows: D 162 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “D land”) and C 50 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “C land”) in each other, such as the indication of the attached Form 1.
C The above land is located one building (hereinafter referred to as “C-ground building”), and the above building extends over three square meters (hereinafter referred to as “three square meters”) from among the neighboring D land, other than the land C, to the part on which “5 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “vine”) are successively connected with each of the points indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 10, 9, 8, and 10, among the adjacent D land.”
D The upper part of the D land is located one building (hereinafter referred to as “D-ground building”), and the above building is extended to 4 square meters in the part “bb” portion (hereinafter referred to as “b” in the order of accompanying drawings 1, 2, 10, 11, and 1 among the neighboring C land other than D land (hereinafter referred to as “B”), which connects each part of “b” in the same drawings, and 6, 7, 8, and 6 in the order of priority among the adjacent C land.

E (Sale) and on April 22, 1982, H 5/100 G 5/100 (Sale) on October 11, 1994, Defendants 90/10 H 5/100 G 5/100 (Gift 5/100) on December 16, 197 (Sale) and Defendant 6/100 H 5/100 G 90 on December 196, 206 (Sale) on September 25, 201, 206: Plaintiff 90/66/10 G 10/680 on December 19, 206 (Sale) on September 25, 2015, respectively, on the date of change in ownership (Sale) ownership of land.
