1. The Plaintiff:

(a) (1) Defendant B and C are indicated in Annex A list 1, and (a) indicated in Annex B drawings 1, 2, 3, 45, 45.

1. Defendant B and E, F, G, H, I, J, and K respectively share the land listed in paragraph 1 of attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) at the ratio of 11/100, 13/100, 9/100, 9/100, 13/100, 9/100, 9/100, 9/100, 27/100, and 27/100.

Defendant B filed a lawsuit against E, F, G, H, I, J, and K seeking a partition of the pertinent land as the Daegu District Court Decision 2014Ga41695, and the said court rendered a judgment to the effect that “The instant land is sold to auction and the auction cost is deducted from the proceeds thereof shall be distributed in the proportion of co-owners’ co-ownership” on June 16, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

Defendant B filed a request for auction in accordance with a divided judgment of the above common property L with Daegu District Court. In the above auction procedure, the Plaintiff purchased the pertinent land at the highest price and paid the price on June 23, 2016, and acquired the ownership thereof.
