A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess any swords without permission from the chief of a police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile.

Nevertheless, at around 22:20 on September 20, 2013, the Defendant possessed one knife (118cc in the knife length, 41cc in the knife length, 36cc in the knife length) without obtaining permission from the knife 3 in front of the knife market.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed swords without permission from the competent authorities.
