1. The defendant,

A. As to KRW 50,014,962 among Plaintiff A and KRW 39,00,000 among them, from August 4, 2016 to February 21, 2018.

Plaintiff A’s assertion that Plaintiff A’s wage, etc. was claimed by the Plaintiff Company from October 7, 1997 to April 30, 2016.

The Defendant Company paid Plaintiff A wages of KRW 23,504,805, retirement allowance of KRW 21,232,876 (the amount obtained by deducting KRW 67 million paid as interim settlement among retirement allowance of KRW 88,232,876), annual allowance of KRW 28,816,67, operating allowance of KRW 17.5 million, and retirement allowance of KRW 28.5 million for six months, but only some of them paid KRW 35,506,371 as follows.

Therefore, the defendant company is obligated to pay the remainder of 90,660,150 won and damages for delay to the plaintiff A.

The loan of KRW 2016-06-04 15,00,000 won 2016-07-15 9,433,909 won 2016-09-07 11,072, and 462 of the daily repayment amount, Plaintiff A lent KRW 17 million to the Defendant Company around August 12, 2013, and it was not repaid KRW 10.5 million among them.

Therefore, the defendant company is obligated to pay the above KRW 10.5 million and its delay damages to the plaintiff A.

Plaintiff

B Wages, etc., Plaintiff B worked from September 1, 1999 to April 27, 2016.

Defendant Company is obligated to pay Plaintiff B wages of KRW 19,897,310, retirement allowances of KRW 12,624,573, retirement allowances of KRW 10,072,860, annual allowances of KRW 25,174,947, annual allowances of KRW 11,000,000, and delay damages of KRW 78,769,69,690, which are the sum of KRW 31,153,719, as follows.

Therefore, the defendant company is obligated to pay the remainder of 51,551,291 won and damages for delay to the plaintiff B.

The loan of KRW 2016-06-04 15,000,000 on the day repayment amount to KRW 2016-06-17 10,000,000, 2016-17 6,09-07 6,153,719 on the part of the loan of KRW 1,50,00 to the defendant company, the defendant company is obligated to pay the above loan of KRW 1,50,00 to the plaintiff company.

On August 12, 2013, Plaintiff A lent KRW 17 million to Defendant Company, but 1.0 million among them.
