1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to the real estate listed in No. 23 among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the Land Investigation Ordinance during the Japanese Occupation Period, the following facts are stated as follows: ① Leecheon-gun C (the name of this administrative district is omitted; hereinafter the name of this administrative district is omitted) 2,18, E 813, F 403, G 972, H 1,073, and H 1,073 1,00: (2) K 1,164, L 1,165, M 495, N 1,563, and 254, P 1,87, and Q 1,877, and Q 120, 639, 639, 1, 247, and 168, respectively.
B. Each of the above lands (hereinafter “each of the lands before the instant subdivision”) was purchased by the Defendant’s Republic of Korea around April 1950 for distribution pursuant to the former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 31, Jun. 21, 1949; repealed by Act No. 4817, Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”).
Since then, part of each land before the partition of this case was completed through the division procedure, etc., but the remaining land was restored to its land cadastre without any farmland distribution, and the land not distributed as such became each land listed in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “each land of this case”) through division, change of name of administrative district, land improvement project, land category change, unit conversion, etc.
(The current status at the time of cadastral recovery of the land that has not been distributed and the current status of the division shall be as shown in the attached Table 2.
Each land of this case has not been distributed until now, and registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the defendant Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as "each registration of ownership of this case") as stated in the separate sheet No. 1 as to each land of this case as stated in the separate sheet No. 23. As to the land stated in the separate sheet No. 23, defendant Lee Won District Court No. 2009, Sept. 24, 2010, the ownership transfer registration was completed as the receipt No. 44322 on September 24,
On the other hand, X is the Farmland Reform Act.
