Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2019, Defendant A, at around 20:38, Defendant A, at the office of the Defendant located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 2019, refused to comply with a request for a drinking test by a policeman assigned to the police box affiliated with the Kimbu Police Station D, who called the Defendant’s house and visited the Defendant’s house, and then visited the Defendant’s house, and assaulted the said E’s chest on three occasions by hand.

Defendant B, one’s husband, was aware of the fact that Defendant B, around May 13, 2019, her husband, driven a H Spo-type car from “G” restaurant located in Changwon-si F in Changwon-si around May 13, 2019 and parked the said car on the surrounding roads when he was in front of the JJdong in Kimhae-si.
