A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 22:15 on March 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol on a parking lot, and was called up on the front side of “C” in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, and received a report on 112-day, stating that “Nun is under the influence of alcohol on the parking lot; and (b) deemed necessary to take protective measures, and transferred the Defendant to the hospital by patroling the Defendant at the vehicle; (c) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant took a bath to “I am out, I am out, I am dead, I am dead, I am, and I am am.”
