A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2012, the Defendant donated one computer to be used for the common use of the village from the career-based company of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and established it at the village center.

On July 26, 2014, while using a computer at a community center around 13:00 on July 26, 2014, the Defendant destroyed the property by using Samsung-type computer of the market value of 1.3 million won on the ground that D, a resident of the same village, would release the password.
