Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving of BKan trucks.

On July 20, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on July 16, 2019, and became to enter the public parking lot in Jeju at Jeju to B and to the road.

There are many vehicles parked on the road along the side streets of a public parking lot. In such a case, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by accurately manipulating the steering system and accurately operating the steering system to prevent the vehicle from shocking the parked vehicle.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the holder of the B Kani truck freight.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the foregoing cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
