Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving freight B and B.

On November 2, 2018, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at around 10:08, and led the Defendant to continue to work for the “D” front of the “D” road located in the window C of Changwon-si.

The location is a lot of vehicles parked on the side of the road, and in this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the front and rear left, and the steering staff of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was parked on the left side of the proceeding direction due to the negligence of driving the vehicle by neglecting it, and received the part of the driver's seat in front of the driver's seat of the F Kankn-kick-kick's driver's vehicle owned by the victim E in front of the above cargo vehicle.

Ultimately, even if the above 986,600 won was damaged to the extent of repair cost, the Defendant left the vehicle without immediately stopping and without taking measures such as providing personal information to the victim.

2. Around November 10, 2018, the Defendant driving the above cargo vehicle at around 10:08, and without obtaining a driver’s license from the neighboring location of the company located in G in the window G in Changwon-si, to the same Gu C, the Defendant driving the above cargo vehicle at a section equivalent to about 1 km.
