A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, in the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around February 2014, the Defendant would pay the victim D KRW 1,00,000 per month to the victim D as an installment payment, he/she would pay the amount of KRW 10,000,000 as an installment payment in the set sequence.
However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party as a reward, he did not have an intention or ability to pay the time limit to the injured party by operating a normal system.
Nevertheless, on June 19, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the injured party to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant’s son as a deposit money, and acquired it by receiving KRW 8 million in total eight million through eight times from around that time to January 19, 2015, as shown in attached Table 1.
2. On July 2014, at the place specified in paragraph (1) around July 1, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, by succession to one of the two parts of the number limit 1,00,000 won per month from which the victim was a person who was a punishment of the victim F, the Defendant would pay the victim KRW 10,000,000 as an amount of money in the prescribed sequence.
However, even if the defendant receives money from the injured party as a reward, he did not have an intention or ability to pay the time limit to the injured party by operating a normal system.
On July 21, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the injured party to the national bank account under the name of the Defendant as a deposit money, and acquired it by deceiving the total amount of KRW 7 million through seven times from around that time to January 19, 2015, such as the last day of the attached crime list 1.

1. On July 25, 2014, the Defendant called the victim G and paid the agreed fraternity to the victim when the Defendant was forced to pay the fraternity to the victim by joining the counter-satur in operation.
