Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who has subscribed to three accounts Nos. 1, 5, and 11 in 11,00,000 won in total.

On April 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would pay KRW 10 million to the victim E with a monthly payment of KRW 10 million,” from the room, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would pay KRW 10 million to the victim E in full-time payment of the monthly payment.”

However, even if the defendant organized the three accounts and joined the three accounts, the defendant did not have the ability to pay the monthly payment (one million won per one account) corresponding to the account, and even if he received the monthly payment from the members of the fraternity such as the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to pay it to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received a total of 6 million won from May 2015 to September 2015 as a monthly payment from the victim to the victim and acquired it by defrauded.

2. The Defendant was a total of 14 old accounts with two old accounts Nos. 1 and 3 as the subject of the 13 foot number system of gold 14 old accounts.

Nevertheless, as seen earlier, the Defendant made a false statement to the victims, and it shall belong from July 2015 to October 2015, the sum of 2040,000 won as monthly payments from the victims.
