Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an owner who newly constructs one multi-household housing of three stories with a total floor area of 425-64 square meters located in Masung-si B and three stories with a total floor area of 39.47 square meters located in Masung-si C.

1. Housing related to multi-household B (B, total floor area of 425.64 square meters) in lution;

(a) Where a person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act (large-scale repair and extension without permission) and a person who intends to expand a multi-household house with at least three floors is at least 1/10 of the total floor area of the building, he/she shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, from June 2016 to June 201 of the same year, the Defendant extended 3 households (a total floor area: 137.76 square meters) by installing separate entrances and each bearing wall on the second-story household of the said multi-household household for about one week from June 2016 to the second-class household of the same year, and extended it by installing a separate entrance, toilet, boiler, etc. on the multi-story (a total floor area of 122 square meters) for the purpose of warehouse of the said multi-household household.

(b) A person who intends to construct or install multi-household housing in an urban area under the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, shall install a parking lot inside such facility or on the site thereof;

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant installed a separate entrance, toilets, kitchens, boilers, etc. on the falls of the warehouse usage of the fourth floor of a multi-household house, such as Paragraph (a), and extended to a multi-household, the Defendant did not install a parking lot attached to the above multi-household house (existing 4 parking lots attached):

2. Housing related to multi-household C (C, the total floor area of 399.47 square meters) in Maternia;

(a) Where a person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act (large-scale repair and extension without permission) and a person who intends to expand a multi-household house with at least three floors is at least 1/10 of the total floor area of the building, he/she shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, the Defendant from the end of December 2016 to the end of December 2017.
