Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an owner who newly constructs one multi-household housing of three stories with a total floor area of 425-64 square meters located in Masung-si B and three stories with a total floor area of 39.47 square meters located in Masung-si C.

1. Housing related to multi-household B (B, total floor area of 425.64 square meters) in lution;

(a) Where a person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act (large-scale repair and extension without permission) and a person who intends to expand a multi-household house with at least three floors is at least 1/10 of the total floor area of the building, he/she shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency;
