Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an owner who newly constructs multi-family housing of a size of 494.66m2 in the total floor area of 494m2 in Sungsung City.

1. Where a person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act (large-scale repair and extension without permission) and a person who intends to expand a multi-household house with at least three floors is at least 1/10 of the total floor area of the building, he/she shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency;
