Reasons

1. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for the registration of ownership transfer and delivery of the instant real estate as indicated in the Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”). However, on February 13, 2015, the instant court rendered a judgment ordering the Plaintiff to implement the procedures for ownership transfer registration on the instant real estate on August 22, 2014, while ordering the Plaintiff to pay KRW 150,000,000 from the Plaintiff, at the same time, the said judgment was omitted.

Therefore, in accordance with Article 212, Paragraph 1, Article 212 of the Civil Procedure Act, an additional decision is made.

2. Basic facts, relevant statutes, etc.

A. On May 21, 2013, the Plaintiff was established with the “Housing Construction Business” as a target business.
