A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2014, the Defendant: (a) was the owner of Bmasaw car; (b) when the competent Gu office kept the front registration number plate of the said car in custody for reasons of delinquency in the payment of administrative fines; (c) on June 30, 2014, the Defendant was unable to operate the said car any longer; (d) on the part of the Defendant’s house located in B with the size of rubber board as its number plate; and (e) placed a white paper on that part; and (e) forged the registration number plate of the automobile in air for the purpose of exercising the inspection in the form of “B.”

2. The Defendant exercised a forged air defense by operating a registration number plate forged from June 30, 2014 to July 21:50, 2014, which was attached to the front number plate of the said car at Ansan-si.

3. On July 3, 2014, the Defendant was driving a shower car under the influence of 0.126% of the blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 5km from the front of a cafeteria in the trade name in Ansan city to the front of the west Sea Water Sheet in the same city, from around 21:50 on July 3, 2014.
