Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 16, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on February 28, 2018 and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on March 3, 2018.

1. Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, acquired a considerable amount of property interest in the settlement amount, and illegally used a stolen person's debit card.

1. On August 6, 2018, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) obtained a copy of the KB national card owned by the victim and returned it to the victim; or (b) embezzled it with the victim’s idea without reporting it to the police station.

On August 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) paid accommodation expenses at the mother conference operated by the victims’ names in the name of the victim located in Gwangju Northern-gu on August 6, 2018; (b) provided that, as described in paragraph (1), the KB national card in the name of the Z, acquired as described in paragraph (1), presented it to the victim as if he had been entitled to use, thereby allowing the victim to pay accommodation expenses of 30,000
