1. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant used the PC from around 10:04 to around 14:14 on April 8, 2016, in the “WPC” operated by the victim V on the first floor U in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu from around 10:04 to around 14:14 on the same day.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the PC use price because he did not have cash.
Nevertheless, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 9,300 of the PC usage price.
2. On April 8, 2016, at around 14:20, the Defendant: (a) viewed “YY” store operated by the victim X in the U-1st floor in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, to the effect that “I would not be able to get out of the dispute,” and then entered the above room and used the gaps in which surveillance was neglected; (b) thereby thefted with only one LGG G4 mobile phone card in the name of the victim, one Gwangju bank card in the name of the victim, and one modern card, respectively.
3. On April 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around April 14:24, 2016, presented that “AB convenience store in the name of the Z, which was stolen, as in paragraph (2), had been given a license to the victim AC as if he/she had been given a license to use it; (b) purchased and stolen the Madern cigarette 100 won in the market price; and (c) acquired the stolen property.

4. On February 28, 2016, around 09:00 on February 28, 2016, the Defendant decided to pay back from the “AF PC PC operated by the Victim AE in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul and used the Internet as seated 41.
However, the Defendant did not possess money from the time of entering the PC and did not have any intent or ability to use the PC and pay the price for using it.
As such, the Defendant, from the above date and time to February 29, 2016, by deceiving the victim, was about 15 hours and 30 minutes from the victim.
