Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a caregiver belonging to the G Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) which is a medical care institution for home care in the Government-si.

Under the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for Older Persons and the Welfare of Older Persons Act, the Defendant: (a) visited the home of older persons aged 65 years or older under the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for Older Persons and the Act on the Welfare of Older Persons (hereinafter referred to as “beneficiarys”); (b) provided physical activities, family activities, bathing, etc.; and (c) entered the details thereof in the record of providing long-term care benefits; and (d) submitted the details thereof to H, the head of the center, who is the head of the center; and (b) provided the expenses for long-term care benefits on the Internet homepage of the National Health Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “victims Corporation”); and (c) received, during each month, remitted the expenses for long-term care benefits from the victim’s bank account (Account Number I) in the name of the

On March 2012, the Defendant conspiredd with H, the head of the center, with the view to claiming expenses for long-term care benefits by claiming expenses for long-term care benefits by claiming the cost of home care benefits, even though the Plaintiff did not properly examine the details of the record book of the provision of the above long-term care benefits and paid expenses as requested by the Center.

The Defendant: (a) around that time, at the above center office around February 12:20 to 13:20 of the beneficiary J’s residence, prepared a record book of provision of long-term care benefits as if the Defendant had not visited the beneficiary J’s residence and provided the beneficiary with a bathing benefit; (b) delivered it to H; and (c) H fulfilled the record book.
