Facts of recognition

On March 12, 2003, the Plaintiff mainly established the publication and sales business of periodicals (including daily newspapers and other publications) and completed the registration of the corporation in the Incheon District Court’s name with the trade name “A” and completed the registration of the corporation at the Incheon District Court on June 14, 2003. Under the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., the Plaintiff registered the newspaper business online newspaper business with the following contents at the Incheon City which is the competent agency on June 14, 2003, published a daily newspaper (hereinafter “A”) using the title “A” on June 30, 2003, and distributed newspapers to Incheon and Gyeonggi-do.

On June 14, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with G (the husband of F, who is the representative director of the Defendant) on December 16, 2003, which is the representative of Nonparty F, to establish a news gathering headquarters in Seoul in order to expand the coverage area of A to Seoul, registration number / registration number / registration date / the publisher circulation / free of value / D/ daily general daily newspapers A E-day. / General local news gathering headquarters in Seoul. 1) B shall operate the newspaper distribution and advertisement orders (including the collection of deposits) of the Seoul Metropolitan Government discharged under civil and criminal responsibilities. 2) It shall grant government economic-related ministries, judicial agencies and any other rights to coverage.

3) The application of the Labor Law-Related Acts, including employment of employees and the occurrence of benefits, to the Seoul Headquarters, is entirely responsible for B. 4) B arbitrarily employs reporters and employees and notify A of the list.

5) A shall send the number of newspapers to which B wishes, and Eul shall be responsible for the dissemination of newspapers and delivery charges. 6).
