1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 131,041,289 as well as KRW 98,960,60,603 as from September 30, 2013 to December 12, 2014.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 131,041,289 (i.e., the amount of subrogated payment of KRW 98,960,60,603 for delay delay damages of KRW 32,080,686) and the amount of subrogated payment of KRW 98,960,60 for the said amount of KRW 98,960,60 from September 30, 2013 to December 29, 2014, which is the date of the final delivery of the application for change of the purport of the instant claim and the cause of the claim against the Defendants until December 29, 2014, the agreed interest rate of KRW 12% per annum and delay damages calculated at 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all.
