1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 21,319,282 and KRW 21,227,949 among them, from October 6, 2016 to February 1, 2017.

Each fact described in the cause of the claim shall be subject to no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally obligated to jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the balance of the subrogated payment amount of KRW 21,227,949, additional guarantee fees of KRW 42,480, and KRW 21,319,282, and KRW 21,227,949, which is the day following the starting date of the aforesaid delay damages, and KRW 21,227,99, which is the date of the final delivery of the copy of the instant complaint from October 6, 2016 to February 1, 2017, the agreed rate of KRW 12%, and damages for delay calculated by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
