A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 21, 2015, around 17:00, the Defendant driven a wing truck with B without obtaining a driver’s license from around about about 20 meters from the front to the front road of the same east-gu, Jin-gu, Changwon-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, and the other side of the same east-gu.
