Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:00 on September 21, 2017, the Defendant, who was dissatisfied with the dispute between B and the punishment of the Defendant and B, was driving a scoo vehicle in C owned by the Defendant, parked the scoo vehicle in front of the scoo-gun, Goung-gun, Goung-gun, and prevented D freight vehicles operated by the Defendant from driving on the land over about 10 minutes.
