Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although a person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act applies for the registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle to the head of the competent office on October 2014, the Defendant purchased the motor vehicle B from a motor vehicle dealer of a used motor vehicle whose name is unknown and applied for the registration of transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds even though he/she purchased the motor vehicle B lurd from a motor vehicle dealer of a used motor vehicle whose name is unknown.

2. The defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall not obtain a license on condition that he drives an automatic transmission vehicle, nor drive a manual manual motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, at around 05:30 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant driven a car on the front port, which is a manual-powered motor vehicle, from around 1km to about 58, 2015, from the road in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu, Seoul to the road in front of 58, the Defendant violated the license conditions.

3. The defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, as the owner of the motor vehicle mentioned in the preceding paragraph;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle indicated in the preceding paragraph, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, on the road section of the preceding port.
