A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 5, 2016, the Defendant came to know of the Victim C (46 tax) at the Ginginging club, and around March 2017, the Defendant loaned KRW 60 million to the Victim C, and demanded the Victim C to pay the debt, and then the Defendant was able to look for the victims due to the Plaintiff D (Wing, 35 years of age) and telephone, who was denied by the Victim C, and would throw away from the Victim D while having been able to pay the debt.
1. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant went into the entrance through the entrance located in the house of the victims located in Pyeongtaek-si E apartment 109 Dong 102, 2018.

2.
