A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 12, 2017 to April 19, 2017, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 59,394,700,00 in total on 17 occasions, such as the list I of the crimes committed in annexed Form I, by sticking the key to the E Studio in the Otoba, and breaking the key to the victim F, using the gap in a locking place, thereby getting off and cutting off GVN-100, the market value of the victim’s ownership, from around that time to around 19, 2017.
2. Registration number plates and seals in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall not be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;
Nevertheless, on March 13, 2017, the Defendant removed the registration number plate as described in the attached Table II from around that time to April 14, 2017, on the grounds that the Defendant: (a) operated a stolen GVN-100 otobane, such as the table I No. 1 of the crime inundation; (b) was likely to be discovered to the police; and (c) was removed from the above obane’s license plate using tools, such as flass, etc.; and (d) the Defendant removed the registration number plate as described in the attached Table II from that time.
3. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant of forgery of air heading, at around 21:0 on March 2017, 2017, made one number plate model mold using i.e., Hegco (f. glass fiber) g., light powder, glass fiber, glass fiber, and sp.m., each of which was prepared in advance on Lone Star knex vehicles, such as set forth in Appendix II Nos. 4 and 5, at Lone Star g., as at the end of 21:0 around the end of 21:0, the Defendant separated the number plate model from each type of gel mold, g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., in each type of g., g., g., g., g., g., g.
Accordingly, the defendant's action is for the purpose of exercising his duties.
