Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two years and six months, and for a period of three years, respectively.
However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
1. On July 2013, the Defendants, along with the Defendants using narcotics, put one of the psychotropic drugs in IMM (one name X-si; hereinafter referred to as “the X-si”) at the Eju shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D around the beginning of July 2013, put them into the psychotropic drugs, drink alcohol, and inhale the croc of the coco, a drug, into the crocco.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to administer and use psychotropic drugs and narcotics.
2. On September 12, 2013, the Defendants: (a) gathered on August 12, 2013, 2013, EXV to bring them into the U.S. and use them; and (b) Defendant B asked F (G) to send X posters; and (c) Defendant A shared the role to receive them in the Republic of Korea.
Accordingly, on September 2013, 2013, Defendant B asked F located in New York, using his mobile phone, to send X posters to Defendant B. Defendant B knew the address of the place where X posters will be received through Defendant B. On September 12, 2013, Defendant B: (a) divided X posters into 3-5 items in the New York in the United States of America; (b) stored them in a food box; (c) stored them in a food box with the thickness of clothing, etc. and sent the addressee “H” and the place of receipt to Korea; and (d) the international special transport cargo concealed by X posters, as seen above, arrived at Incheon at around 10:43, Sept. 12, 2013, in Incheon at around 10:43, 2013 or in O297.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with F and imported psychotropic drugs from the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Korea.
3. On September 27, 2013, the Defendants, along with the Defendants using narcotics, placed them in the “L” station located under the K hotel located under the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ at the latest night on September 27, 2013 and brea the alcohol, respectively, in the “L” station located under the seat of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with each other.
