【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 14, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant opened a door to the vehicle owned by the victim’s name in the middle-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), which was parked in the Blue House. The Defendant held 6 of the victim’s name and the victim’s 500 foot (6), 26 of the 500 foot mold (10 foot), 1, 200 foot (1), 1, 2 US$ 1, 200, 200, and 700,000 in total market value.

2. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant entered the Daejeon Middle-gu Seoul Parking Lot on April 2:39, 2015, and attempted to open a door of the vehicle owned by the victim D and to steals the goods in that door. However, the vehicle door was an attempted wind.

3. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the Daejeon Jung-gu Seoul Parking Lot on April 15, 2015; (b) opened a door of a passenger car owned by the victim F and tried to steals goods located therein; (c) however, the car door was attempted at the wind which was locked.

4. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant entered the parking lot of the Daejeon Jung-gu H building, Daejeon, Daejeon, to open a door of the JA owned by the victim I and to steal goods in that building. However, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted act on the wind where the car door is locked.

5. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant entered the parking lot of the Daejeon Jung-gu H building, Daejeon on April 2:45, 2015, and attempted to open a door of a passenger car owned by the victim K and steals things in that building. However, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted act on the wind where a passenger car door is locked.

6. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant entered the parking lot of the Daejeon Jung-gu H building, Daejeon, Daejeon, to open a door of a NA car owned by the victim M and to steals things located therein, but was attempted to steal, but the car door was unsured by the wind.

7. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the parking lot of the Daejeon-gu H building, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, to open a Pcar door owned by the victimO and to steals goods located therein; (b) but the car door is the wind.
