A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for twenty-five years.

Seized evidence subparagraph 3 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who served as the head of the flag team in the management office of the “E apartment” and the “F apartment” located in Yongsan-si D, is between the victim G (n, 35 years of age) and the Plaintiff’s H (39 years of age) and the said “F apartment management office”. The Defendant is between the victim H (39 years of age) and the said “F apartment management office.”

At around 19:00 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant cut away from G at a lodging room in the said “E apartment complex,” and on May 17, 2013, the following day, on May 17, 2013, the Defendant visited the said victim and the South Korean Industrial Complex, and Ha Ha am abscam.

On May 17, 2013, the Defendant left the victims at around 21:14 on the same day, and left the mixed restaurant, where G, while drinking together with the victims, was talking about an excessive drinking despite the Defendant’s detention.

After that, at around 21:52 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) went to drink, a workplace partner, and went to the above “E Apartment” room, around 23:22 on the same day; and (b) went to the above main office and the above “E Apartment” room.

On May 18, 2013, at around 01:05, the Defendant opened a steel string door and opened a front string room with a distance of 7 meters away from the front, and reported G with only H and string off all of the clothes.

Accordingly, the defendant, at around 01:10 on the same day, has taken the head of H with a watcher who was in possession of the same day.
