Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2018, from around 18:10 to 18:50 the same day, the Defendant: (a) used the C Authorized Brokerage Office on the Gyeong-gun B and 1st floor of the Gyeongbuk-gun; (b) divided each of the cards by seven pages by using the trum card in two separates; and (c) discarded all the cards with the same number as the number or the number of serial numbers on the floor; or (d) discarded all the cards with the same number as the number in the form of pattern into the floor; (b) was a person with the smaller number of the cards in possession at the time when the game ends; and (c) was a winner by taking approximately 500 to 1500 won in the order of the plaque to the passenger.
