1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The conclusion of a contract and the completion of apartment construction 1) M Housing Reconstruction Project Association (hereinafter referred to as “Small-Scale Partnership”);
The M-building rearrangement project (hereinafter referred to as the “instant rearrangement project”) run on the ground outside N of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Yacheon-si.

B. The instant apartment complex is composed of 119 units in total with four units, and 33 square meters (84.82 square meters) among the above general apartment units 119 units is 50 households, 22 households in total and 47 square meters in total (128 square meters), and 47 square meters in total (128 square meters). The Plaintiffs were sold by the non-party partnership from April 201 to May 201 as shown below.
