Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded a port-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri

2. Around May 21, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim G’s house located in the Hongcheon-gun F of the Gangwon-gun with one cover cover of the amount equivalent to 30,000 won at the market price, which was owned by the victim.

As a result, the Defendant stolen the property of the market price of KRW 1,230,000 through two times.

In accordance with the sentencing guidelines applicable to Articles 70 and 69(2) of the Criminal Act, theft of general property constitutes a crime of larceny, and thus the scope of recommending punishment is imprisonment with prison labor for not less than 4 months but not more than 10 months, while not less than 2 concurrent crimes (a mitigation area), each of which constitutes a crime of larceny of general property; thus, in the event of adding up 1/2 (10 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 10 months of imprisonment) the upper limit of the sentencing range of other crimes (the larceny of paragraph (1) of the same Article at the time of sale) to the upper limit of the punishment (the larceny of paragraph (2) of the same Article at the time of sale), the scope of the revised recommending punishment shall be from 4 months to 13 months.

On the other hand, the defendant committed the crime of this case again during the period of suspension of the same crime.
