Criminal facts
On January 4, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special intimidation, etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on September 22, 2017.

1. Around 05:00 on April 24, 2018, the Defendant assaulted with a shouldered headlight (a 37cm: 37cm, vertical length: 34cm: 18cm, height: 18cm), which is a dangerous object on one’s own vehicle, on the ground that the victim B (the age of 58) was frightened in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, 40-gil, and one-time, and that the victim B was frighted in bad condition.
In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
2. Around April 26, 2018, the Defendant, on the grounds that the victim C reported the assault case 112 in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Easternern Fire Services Road, and around 02:12, on the ground that: (a) on the ground that the victim C reported the assault case described in the foregoing paragraph 1, the victim was at the discretion of not having to be subject to the principle of no taxation and to the principle of no taxation and law; (b) on the part of the victim, the victim was able to take a desire by stating that the victim reported the 112 report on the assault case in the above paragraph 1; and (c) the governance took place, and threatened the victim’s face near the victim’s face.
As a result, the defendant threatened the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of a criminal investigation team such as criminal complaint or accusation, statement, testimony, etc. in connection with his/her criminal case investigation or trial.
