1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who commits a joint crime by the Defendants shall obstruct the activities of lifesaving or first-aid services by using violence or intimidation to the fire-fighters dispatched.

Nevertheless, Defendant A and B boarded the elevator on April 26, 2017 in order to get off from the third floor of the building in Jin-si, Seoul, about 04:35 on April 26, 2017 to the first floor.
