A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged in this case, the prosecution against intimidation and assault is dismissed.

1. The Defendant became aware of the victim C (n, 46 years of age) and the victim’s “Ddab” in the operation of the victim.

3. Until April 1, 200, by transmitting text messages, such as demanding money more than eight times as indicated in the annexed Table 2, the victim attempted to receive property by threatening the victim, but the victim failed to comply with such demand and attempted to do so.

Around January 18, 2015, the Defendant acquired one copy of the modern card in the name of the victim who was lost by the victim F in a Buddhist place located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”) around 01:10.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

On January 18, 2015, at the H convenience point in the management of a victim’s name in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, around 04:07, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco 1 A while having no intention or ability to pay the price of goods; (b) presented the purchase of tobacco 1 A as indicated in paragraph (1) to the victim, and paid the total amount of KRW 4,500; and (c) then, he received the said tobacco from the victim and obtained the said tobacco and used the credit card that acquired and lost the victim’s property.

The defendant is identical from that time to that time.
