Reasons
Punishment of the crime
When Defendant B sought a male purchase who will remain on the condition by using the mobile phone sign “D”, the Defendants did not engage in commercial sex acts after receiving commercial sex acts first, and Defendant A did not intend to engage in commercial sex acts.
