Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

When the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree are to be exported, imported or returned, such goods shall be reported to the head of a customs office.

Nevertheless, the defendant accepted the proposal that he will pay the amount of money equivalent to 400,000 won on the day of the day when he carries gold bars from Hong Kong, which was introduced by the Dong Chang-dong, B of middle school, to transport them to Korea from Hong Kong.

1. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant entered the Incheon Airport via D E from Hong Kong on May 16, 2017, and imported smuggling without filing a customs declaration in a way that he/she conceals one Belgium-type gold leader, one arms-type gold leader (total 850g, market price 42,280,700 won), which was requested to transport from F, carried in the Republic of Korea, and delivers it to F outside of the entry port.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the customs collector, imported gold bars without reporting it to the customs collector.

2. On June 3, 2017, the Defendant entered the Incheon Airport via D G from Hong Kong on June 3, 2017, and received a transport request from F (150g) from F while having entered the Hong Kong to the Incheon Airport, the Defendant imported, without filing a customs report, the amount of 1,350g in total amount of 67,641,750g (a total of 1,200g) concealed the gold wheel with the wheels, and then imported, without filing a customs office, the amount of 1,350g in total amount of 67,641,750g in total at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the customs collector, imported gold bars without reporting it to the customs collector.
