When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of the Lone Star vehicle B.

No owner or occupant of a vehicle shall leave another person's land or road alone without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, from May 20, 2015 to July 17, 2015, the Defendant continued to neglect the vehicle at the parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si 136-2 Osung-si without good cause.
