A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Around 02:30 on December 17, 201, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) around the instant singing practice room operated by the victim D, the victim D, who was located under the Yasan-si C, Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) stated that “the victim changed tobacco; and (c) the victim satisf,” and sated the victim’s satch; and (d) took a bath to the victim’s dialogue between the victim and other customers; and (b) obstructed the victim’s practice of singing practice room by force by driving away with the said customer.

From that time to October 20, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of singing practice room of three victims 13 times in total, as shown in the list of offenses.

2. From the mid-term of November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found the victim G was assaulted in the Hanok-gu Hakdong F2-gu, Ansan-gu, Annsan-si on every 2,3 days from the old room; and (b) concluded that “I will find the young gue, but will continue to be bullying within one year in the future; and (c) interfere with the victim’s business as described in paragraphs (4) through (11) of the attached list of crimes committed.”

Around January 20, 2014, the Defendant heard the victim’s speech that he wanted from the victim in the Hnonode room, and that “I request money on condition that I do not report illegal business without finding it in the future” to the victim G. In a case where I did not cause it, I continued to interfere with the victim’s duties.

On January 27, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from the Defendant’s agricultural bank account.

As such, the Defendant received property by threatening the victim.

3. On October 27, 2014, the Defendant: “Indecent act by compulsion, the Defendant has obstructed the duties of the victim as indicated in the attached Table No. 14 of the Crime List, while the Defendant interfered with the victim’s work at the E-practice room operated by the victim D (Inn, 56 years of age) located underground in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.”
