On November 8, 2014, around 15:20 on November 8, 2014, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.152% from the roads near Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the roads 244-1, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu.
