A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months and a fine for 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for the crime of interference with business, which became final and conclusive on August 27, 2013, and is currently under suspension of execution.

1. Interference with business;
