Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run a juvenile game providing business shall be equipped with facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

From July 2016 to August 17, 2016, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authorities, set up two game equipment units of “N-A-1201-02”, which are all used for the entire game on the front side of the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and operated a juvenile game business by setting up two game equipment units of “N-1201-02.”

The Defendant, “2016 High 3385,” without registering with the competent authority, set up two game machine games from July 18, 2016 to July 20, 2016, in order to operate the juvenile game providing business by setting up two game machine games of the above 'sh' on the Nam-gu, Incheon, and D.

The Defendant did not register with the competent authority on August 1, 2016, 2016, and installed two game machine operating two game software provision businesses on the front day of the F restaurant located in Incheon Dong-gu, Incheon from August 1, 2016 to August 25, 2016.
