Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2018, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven a 142-lane from the Southern East-dong Station to the vicinity of the Sung River Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the exclusive road for motor vehicles, on board the BSV125B- its own possession and driving approximately 3 kilometers from the Southern East-gu, Seoul, the exclusive road for motor vehicles.
