A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Points to trade philophones;

A. On February 4, 2014, at around 09:35, the Defendant wired KRW 6.50,000 for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs Mampa (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) to the national bank account (number D) in the name of “C,” known by B, and traded approximately 0.7 g of philopon from B on the front of the F Hospital located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan.

B. On February 14, 2014, at around 19:24, the Defendant remitted the purchase price of 500,000 squarephones to the national bank account under the name of “C”, and on the same day, purchased and sold 0.4g opphones from B before the F Hospital at around 23:00 on the same day.

C. On March 12, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 of the purchase price of opon to a post office account (H) in the name of “G” (number) known by B, and on the same day, purchased and sold approximately 0.4g opon from B on the front of the F Hospital at around 23:00 on the same day.

From March 22, 2014, the Defendant transferred the purchase price of 300,000 won for phiphones to a post office account in the name of the above “G” on two occasions, and purchased and sold approximately 0.1g phiphones from the above B at around 00:00 on the next day, around 23:00, the following day.

2. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. At around 23:00 on February 4, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philopon on a clopon on a clopon on a clopon, the Defendant’s residence.

B. At around 23:50 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones in the Defendant’s residence in a way that scopphones are cut to two milks.
